I am 44 years and my nephew for 42 years. We have both the Ripstik Caster Board, and love it. I take it everywhere. It took less than a minute to ride (get immediately after the DVD) and about two hours to control. Now I can on the half pipe at the skate park to go and I love it. Recently, the skate park has been) Young people (per interest and I play with the joystick RIP for a few hours. They had a great time and tell some of them, that they have one. I had no problems with the wheel wear on any surface. I want a high-end wheel bearings look good with super smooth as skateboards. I think it would be a much better round produce, but I'm not complaining. For a lot of fun, a common base with a long and strong wind, slide. Find a smooth surface for learning. It may be crazy - just 2 wheels. It's fun, but fast or slow. In fact, it's rather slow to maneuver, and how impressive it is to go fast on a smooth surface. It is the closest thing to surfing on the bottom of this page that I have ever found. There are many tricks and maneuvers, even beginners can try to add the fun. I recommend it to anyone, especially mature and old.
