Now I bought this for me and the other 3. This Homedics SBM 500H pays for itself in 2 days. Honestly, how can they produce a shiatsu massage with such force and as surprising as the real thing? The heating element is right. It is not too hot, but you can hear. The options are perfect. You can do a light massage Shiatsu or rolling massage and connective tissue, you can stop in an area that needs a lot of extra help and then return to complete the rear upper or lower back. The ability to shoulder much higher for people and that must be addressed at some point by the manufacturer, but this chair is by far the best purchase I made in time and has a new Mac, Wii, Powershot and assorted goodies do not approach this in terms of letting go of tension and de-stressed after 15 minutes to half an hour.
