Bosu That in itself was used by my physical therapist, because I needed help to regain control of balance again. My steps were off balance because of a fall and I had a birth defect. She introduced me to this ceremony that I am not sure from the outset that I get it and run with me. My PT showed me how to help then with ER. Very soon I was standing there and learned to compensate me quickly and easily without the support and patches from my PT Balance! I decided it would be a good way to practice at home and are a means to exercise, too! After several nights of research on the net, I found this awesome agreement with Amazon. It was not to miss the big intergovernmental agreement! Not able to find a better deal than anywhere else in the Amazon Bosu 3D System!
It is a great package. Assembly was not at all difficult, and there are many DVD drive. It's amazing how intense the training - I do not know, cardio training today for the first time, and my heart beat after 15 minutes (in a good way). Ideal for those who work, not just a fan of gyms, especially in winter when they do not want a fun, jogging or cycling outside.
One drawback - it is not so easy to stow. I had hoped that the 3D system is folded down, or save something similar soon, but that's not the case. You can remove the handles slightly above, but you still need to save a relatively large space on the whole thing so you may end up leaving completely, only be applied when they collect. This is not only an eyesore, but it would be nice to remove something, they can fit under a bed or in a small space.
Overall, there is a very good product, and I think I will be more for my money from him in the exercise.
