We ordered the duo of Kent, on Friday and it was in our hands by Tuesday. Unlike other commentators - not many - we found no problem in shipping. In fact, after reading the (very few) negative comments, eyes wide open when unpacking the bike to see if I could understand what had happened to those who say that the bike was delivered damaged.
