This pan is impressive. All American 30 quarts will last my family for generations. If you want something that large quantities of food during this time it is. It is fairly large and heavy, but that's what I wanted. If you want something smaller be prepared to be able to do at least once. It just barely fits between the oven and microwave if I'm in the garage and used the turkey fryer can. All the heat stays out. I called customer service afer I chipped the handle and they took care of it by sending a new one out. They also answered a long list of my questions about canning without showing impatience. I am very happy with it. Thank you

I am very pleased with the stove. I cooked the meat in All American 30 quarts and used for canning. Instructions for both are very easy to follow. When I was researching on what cooker to buy, I finally decided to pay more and get the cooker heavy that people were passing in review as one that will last forever. I used this product several times, and accept that it will probably last me, my children and grandchildren. I've never owned a pressure cooker before him, so I have nothing to compare, but here's what I like about it: heavy, no fee in place, made in Milwaukee, the ability for the three pots 14. I also wanted to challenge a couple of negative comments I read before buying. I read that the stove is very heavy. Correct, and I like the design heavy. I read that it was difficult to clean and handle. Correct, and I like the design heavy. I read that the cover was sometimes blocked. The instructions say to use a screwdriver. I did and it worked. I read it cools very slowly after canning. What I do is release the pressure by turning off the heat and then use a towel to remove the weight of pressure. The pressure releases in a minute or two and I can remove the cover immediately.
