Experiments similar to those of previous commentators. The first delivery of sprayers arrived damaged and unusable. I do not know if the damage was caused by the FedEx delivery services, poor packaging by Karcher, or both. Calls to the Customer Service Center of CPO, the distributor for the factory refurbished Karcher sprayer were treated very professional and courteous. I opted to receive a replacement sprayer. Replacement sprayer was sent by CPO last night and received two days later. Although the packaging is the same as the initial transfer, the sprayer has arrived in good condition. I had no problem mounting the sprayer to the top, or use Karcher G 3050 to clean my driveway asphalt. I am happy and satisfied with the operation of the sprayer and the service provided by the service center to the CPO customers. I hope for many future hours of operation without any problems with the sprayer.

I recently purchased this pressure washer. I read some other reviews before buying this karcher g 3050 and was a little concerned about buying a refurbished unit from CPO Karcher. I decided to buy it anyway. When the unit arrived by Fed-Ex (nice to have a tracking number), I was surprised plesantly. There was no damage to the box just a little oil that leaked into a sealed plastic bottle that has been included for the startup of the unit. Unit was assembled very easily and the Honda engine has started there. Love the Honda engine. The pressure is excellent for this quality device. Before this purchase I owned a gas plant of small size (1500 psi) and this unit is very powerful. Best offer for the pressure washer on Amazon is always cheaper than E-Bay. I am very pleased with this purchase and I guess it depends on the unit that is sent. I want to buy Kacher new CPO. Hope this review helps in your purchase.
