Try revitailze my training, I have heard, read and eventually ordered the AB Club Pro. The instructions were easy to follow and I put the device in place in about 25-30 minutes. I over did it the first day and my stomach muscles were based rather badly. I jumped day 2 and was back at it on Day 3 (it takes a bit easier) and I have not missed a single day since ... Position (s) to take a little uncomfortable, but I really feel much better. My lower back no longer hurts and my clothes are tighter. By adding some cardio excercise, watch my diet and food intake and use of Pro AB Cicle regualrly, I do not really see and feel results. But like anything else, Ab Pro circle is a matter of sticking with it! I do not recommend this product ...

I ordered it there about two weeks. Ab Pro circle took a few days to get out of the box. Assembly took about 30 minutes, which is very specific about what he had stated in the manual instructual. The first day I was on it for about 10 minutes, 2nd day and about 5 minutes yesterday, I was on it for 19 minutes. I think patience is more important and I refined my diet. I realize that my stomach did not get this way all night and hopefully I can start to see results within a few months. I will not give up. While there is some paint coming off the unit. Does it matter? It still works and I think I had a little energy. I took my bike along the Spinner with this unit and I already feel the differnce. It may be more mental, but I intend to stick with this for some time. It's better than being a couch potato.
