He is a cook in a real pressure quality. It is easy to use. We bought it to use as a pot. However, we used to cook roasts and other forms of pressure. We have a Kuhn Rikon 7-liter small jobs and this range is a good deal for the most important works. It will hold 7 quarts or two rows of pint / half liter. It is simple to use and easy to clean. It is very rugged. If you ever need a part there is a detailed diagram and parts list. The basic instructions are easy to follow and there are suggestions of good food.This range is first class. It will last a lifetime.

I agree that you would not use it on a baking sheet gently .. the weight of the pot is big enough ... We use it outside on the porch, on a propane burner .. Instruction Manual absolutely stupid if ... you learned on page 17 that you needed to know on page 2 .. and he tells you things to NEVER EVER can, but two pages later, tells you how to box ... (such as beans), but if you ignore the goofy manual and use other books canning amazing such as "putting food by" Janet Greene, you'll love it.
This is a fantastic canner. 21.5qt This size is perfect, fits under my hood averages vary in height with plenty of space. All-American 21-1/2-Quart also allows me to process quit a few jars at a time, which is a huge plus. So easy to use, I can not stress this enough. Everything is just fantastic. It is a pleasure to use, I feel I have a new favorite toy. You will not be disappointed by it.
This is an excellent product. I used it several times to set up beans from the garden. This model allows me to put in seven quarters at a time. If I wanted I could stack fourteen pints in the pot. The metal to metal seal works very well and is easy to get the lid on evenly. The weighted valve pressure is a very safe way to regulate the pressure. I highly recommend this type of pressure cookers to anyone.
