Omron HEM 780 is amazing what a small difference in the shape of cuff Comfit, I have 2 more monitor BP and is still struggling with the positioning of a hand cuff. You can never create a business or a line-up for alignment mark for the correct reading, without the excitement of a couple of times. With this pre-formed cuff is a breeze.
The cuff is fairly steep. I can use to push my clothes until the last inch to get to the right place. With a standard collar, you need a hand on his arm as high as possbile to the arm, it is not jammed under the cuff, the hand holding the cuff in the right position and take a closer proximity with the velcro . Needless to say it's difficult when you're only one hand to do all three simultaneously.
The BP reading also seems correct. I have the same reading, I practice in the file. Tried on 2 other people and they think it is correct too. The other units I tried (including another Omron manual inflation) seems to give a lower reading for me, a BP was higher and higher reading for others with lower BP.
