These things are very high quality and great work if you are limited in size. It's like a set of dumbbells. Switching between the amounts of weight quickly and easily. I use this combination with the P90X program and I have plenty of time to transfer to different weight classes before the beginning of next year. I have the 552 dumbbell with my P90X training and I must say, it has a simple life a hell of a lot.
