I strongly endorse this product. It is extremely functional, powerful, and works for a very long time to load. I can clean the stairs, plus one or two cars on a single charging. At the time this thing is short of power, I'm usually tired of sucking! Power wise, BLACK DECKER phv1800cb is more than adequate for most jobs. This model has little in common with hand cleaner of the first generation who were just good, a few crumbs on the bare ground.

In the summer I had to bug vacuum in the interior of the house. There is less crude than splashing a fly swatter and it is always visible failure of the air.

It is a bit noisy, but what the hell, it's empty! What do you expect?

We have three dogs and four species of birds in our house (do not ask), they will receive each day. Sometimes I can not do park in the charger, so it is completely discharged before recharging. Nor do I believe that the battery in order "cook" in the charging station in May to facilitate longer battery life. Although the Dyson Root sounds like fun, I think, 6 minutes per charge sounds a bit too cowardly. I do not even know how long the B & D, because it lasts long enough for all my jobs.
