If you're looking for the next street to push your body to the limit, the folly is the thing for you! is explosive, intense and requires mental strength. Follow the program and we know it works .. If you are a begginner, please dont try this at home .. you can injure yourself .. try something lighter until you feel physically ready to commit to this program

It 'hard and you can take breaks, Shaun also encourages the use of a heart rate monitor. You have to listen to your body, take breaks, if necessary, but also dig deep and push yourself.
