My body is hurting. I’ve checked this and the total gym out before buying and i havve t o say save yourself a couple hundred dollars and get something that may not have the same name, but does absolutely the same thing. it comes with 4 things that you have to install and its easy, unless something is really wrong with you. You use your body weight as resistance along with the 4 resistance cables that are attached. You also get posters of workout moves that you can do. fold down, easy to get out of the way, Im happy with this buy and im sure you will be too.

I was a bit skeptical regarding the effectiveness of this machine. I doubted it’s capacity to work the whole body, using only 2 cables and a foot plate. Well, I was WRONG!!!! This machine is great. My husband was doubtful, and hinted that I was wasting our money. Well, even he admits that it is a great machine, and capable of replacing MANY machines, and a gym membership (my goal). He has been working out consistenly for over 20 years, and admits that this machine is all that the company claims. Cheap too. I paid 129.00 at sports authority (shipping included), and it arrived 3 days after I ordered it!!!!! It truly lives up to the promise (with your discipline and consistency). Highly recommended.

I’m on my second one, now. The newer versions have thicker board padding, better quality vinyl, and some improvements in the wielding. The corners of the board’s vinyl will eventually start splitting still, but some black tape can solve this. It doesn’t really alter its function if you just let it happen without taping. Every few years the gym needs to be replaced as parts wear, but at these prices you could actually buy a new one each year and still be saving money compared to the competition. Certain parts will not wear, and you can take them off the old one and keep as spares considering how expensive buying each one is from Weider. Some caution is necessary on the single-pole stand. Make sure the peg is always securely in before getting on the machine. Also never let pets or children get anywhere close to that end when you’re using it. Finally, inspect the cable routinely for significant damage and replace it BEFORE the cable actually breaks. Never use it until failure. I do not work for this company, but am speaking from experience.

My 4 year old Cusinart stopped working and although it served me well over the years, it was time to find a coffee maker that served “hot” flavorful freshly grounded coffee. My husband bought this coffee maker for me after I researched every grind & brew currently available. I also sampled coffee from a relative’s Capresso. It was good but not very hot and really cooled down over time. Reading reviews of “hot” brewed coffee along with the information of a burr conical grinder, coffee grounds protected from condensation of coffee brewing, & how the coffee maker works [not to mention the very reasonable price tag] clinched my decision to ask for the Krups as my gift. My experience with my new Krups KM7000 has been excellent so far. The first time I operated the coffee maker, a little bit of grinds did float out of the grind tunnel on to my cupboard but I noticed after making subsequent pots this no longer happened. I auto set my coffee maker for freshly grounded & brewed coffee every morning before I go to bed and I have not woken up to any kind of mess; only richly brewed hot coffee just the way I like it. Its awake before I am. If your baskets are in correctly, no mishaps should happen. This coffee maker is very easy to set up and use. It looks great on my countertop and I’ve received nothing but compliments in regard to the coffee I serve to guests. I’d say I have the same quality flavorful coffee as the Capresso produces but with more heat. I’m happy!!!

I love this trailer. When I started looking for a trailer, I saw how expensive some of the other brands were like Burley and Chariot. I thought I would have to spend a lot of money to get a decent one. But talking to women in my bike club, I got many recommendations for Instep because you can get them at a reasonable price and they are durable. So I bought this one, and it was very easy to put together. No tools are needed. I love how it’s not a pain in the rear to use! It attaches to the bike very easily. I also bought a second coupler through instep for my husband’s bike. So we can easily switch trailer from bike to bike even mid-ride if we ever needed to. It collapses almost completetely for storage which is another nice thing. My son who is 15 months old and almost 30 lbs uses it and seems to be comfortable since he loves riding in it.

I bought this trailer to take my three year old daughter on short bike trips. She has so much fun! It’s easy to set up and take down – as well as attach to a bike. I also love the ability to convert to a stroller as I’ve used it for my older kids soccer games – we just load the wee one in, put snacks and other soccer gear in the back (there’s an immense amount of storage) and off we go. It’s easy for her to get in and out of on her own – and has kept her quite warm and toasty when it’s been freezing outside. I definitely recommend this product!

We have had this item for about a month. It is wonderful! I hardly notice I am pulling anything on my bike. Only when I go up hills is there a slight pull. Both my kids fit in comfortably and love to go for rides. Go for the extra storage room. We were looking a the model below that did not have this option and it is worth the extra $. We have stashed items such as a full size diaper bag in this space. I can’t imagine not having that extra space.We also love that it converts to a stroller.Great buy!

I bought this to power our camper while we were at the Ohio River Sternwheel Festival. They have NO hookups.I borrowed a 1500 watt last year, & it would not handle the A/C on our camper.This worked GREAT. I read one review that it arrived in bad shape. Mine arrived in perfect shape. It was well packed, with plenty of thick foam packing. It had 2 packing braces that had to be removed.Most reviews complain about being a pain putting oil in it. I simply tipped on its side & used a small funnel.After adding oil, I filled with gas, put choke on, turned the key, & it fired right up. Runs like a champ.The electric start is great.A little heavy, takes 2 people to lift it into the truck. Not as quiet as a Honda. But at half the price,it is easy to compromise.There was a 3000i Honda at the festival that hardly made any noise, but I’m sure it was over 2000 dollars.Fairly quiet.For the price & the fetchers it cant’t be beat,especially when their is no tax & no shipping.Can’t say anything bad, for the price.

It all started when my neighbor bought himself a generator. It got me to thinking too. After going through countless (atleast 15) gens. online info, I came across this one. Ordered, & received in 2 days,free shipping from Amazon. As I had read on an earlier review, this thing was packaged perfectly. After following the quick instructions, it was ready to start, the ONLY thing I needed to buy was a quart of oil, (no oil in unit due to shipping restraints). Even without charging the supplied battery it started. So, I wanted to see how it worked just for kicks, just by plugging into an elec. outlet, throwing the breaker, it powered my saws, lights, 1 hp. air compressor, vacuum system & drill press in my barn. I did have to make a double male extension cord. If you are considering this technique, remember cord is powered on exposed plug, be careful. I ordered this bike after a great deal of research and juggling with the idea of price…too high…too low…which bike is better and why? I spin at the gym and absolutely love the Keiser Spin bike there, but it’s just too much money for my home budget, and I REALLY wanted to spin at home. This bike is sturdy, smooth, and delivers a strong ride. I was completely surprised! I was concerned about flywheel weight (this one has a 31 pound vs. the 42 pound average in the more expensive bikes), but I actually think that this is a bonus now. My hips used to hurt when I was spinning 3 and 4 times a week at the gym, and I think the lighter flywheel is better for me. When I bought this here at Amazon, I had it already in my mind, before taking it out of the box, that I would be prepared to return it, but it’s terrific! It delivers the exact workout that I want, and it’s built really well. I would suggest it to anyone looking for the spinning workout at home, and I believe that it’s a good buy for its price range. The DVDs are awesome too; just like class! And you can’t go wrong with a company like StarTrac, who manufactures this bike. Have fun and buy with confidence. It’s a great choice. :-)

Love this spin bike for your home! The Spinner Sport is very similar to the bikes I’ve used in spinning classes at the gym. It’s very sturdy, substantial and surprisingly easy to assemble. The only drawback is this bike comes with pedals meant for regular sneakers. I think the only way to spin is with cycling/spin shoes. So…I bought spin pedals at a local bike shop. The spin pedals were really easy to put on. The handlebars giggle a little so you have to keep tightening them, but that’s easy. The bike has two rollers on the front which makes it easy to move. I would recommend this bike to anyone looking for a great workout.
About spinning: Spinning is a form of indoor cycling set to music in which an instructor leads the class through a series of drills simulating an outdoor ride. In my spinning class there are usually about 50 people and the instructor. The lights get dimmed, the music gets loud, and the instructor leads us through a series of moves simulating climbing hills, lifts/jumps, sprints and recovery periods. Warm ups and cool downs are essential. Most classes run 45 minutes. It’s a fantastic, addictive workout.
